Terms and conditions for workshops 2018

Please be aware of our cancellation policy. By clicking I agree to the terms and conditions, you must be aware and agree to the following information:

The workshop must be paid in full on the day of sign up. We are able to offer a 50% refund up to 8 weeks before the start date of the workshop. After the 8 week period we are not able to offer a refund. Please note, this is non negotiable.

Terms and conditions for other merchandise

If you are unsatisfied with your product please notify us and return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. DVDs that have been opened are not refundable. If you have received a defective or damaged DVD please let us know, return it and we will send out a replacement.
